TEMPTATION & TRIPPING

The trip turns beauty and innocence into guilt and distortion. Called "Eve" by her husband Adam, the first human woman didn't realize that she would be the target of a new rebellion, that she would be invited to take a trip from which she could never return.

"You don't have to obey God," Satan told her. "Break HIs laws...you can make your own rules now."

Perhaps Satan was right. Why did she listen to God? Why not be her own boss? All at once, she and Adam decided to disobey God. 

The trip had begun; a trip that was much more than an illusion, a delusion, or a high. Their L.S.D. trip wasn't about drugs, it was about rebellion: Lust, Sin, and Death.  The Bible outlines this trip in James 1:15, "After lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin.  Sin, when it is full grown, gives birth to death." 

There is more.  This is where it gets frightening.
